摘　　要：阐述了辽宁沿海防护林体系建设的意义,提出海防林体系建设的目标和布局,建设重点是基干林带、湿地保护和恢复、城乡绿化美化、绿色通道。This paper expounds the significance of construction of Liaoning inshore shelter forest project and puts forward the target and layout of construction of Liaoning inshore shelter forest project.This paper also points out that its construction emphases are backbone forest belts, wetland protection, urban and rural greening and beautifying, as well as green routeways.
