摘　　要：基于IPSec的VPN通过隧道技术,使得用户能够在公用网络上安全地传输私有数据。文章旨在提出一种在IPSecVPN网络中应用移动IP进行通信的构想,重点对移动节点、移动代理的要求以及相关协议流程进行了讨论。VPN, which is based on IPSec, adopt the tunnel technology to offer its Customers the service of safe transportation of private data via the public network. The primary thought bring out by this document is that we can apply the mobile IP technology in IPSec VPN for communications, and lay emphases on the discussion about the essential characteristics of mobile nodes and mobile agents and the research of the process of the related protocols.
