摘　　要：为了解决企业在经营过程中遇到的问题,本文通过分析石材成份来合理设计刀头配方,严格执行刀头和锯片制造工艺及切削条件等进行切削试验。结果表明,只要严格按照确定的工艺规程进行切削加工,可以得到良好的效果,从而指导企业高效生产。另一方面,刀头焊接时对其性能有一定的影响,这与有关资料不同,因此需要进一步深入研究。In order to solve problems met with in company management, in this paper a cutting experiment is carried strictly under such factors as reason recipe design based on elements of granite, manufacturing technics of bites and saw blade, cutting conditions and so on. Result shows that favorable effect is obtained if fixed technological process is performed, so it can guide company production effectively. On the other hand, welding from referred materials, therefore further of bite has certain influence on its properties, it is different research is required.
