摘 要:高档装修对石材制品的形状和尺寸精度要求愈来愈高,一些数控和自动化的设备进入石材加工业。磨削是石材加工中保证产品形状和尺寸精度的主要因素,也是制约加工效率的关键工艺。本文通过实验,找出刀具磨损的原因,并给出磨轮在花岗石磨削过程中的半径补偿值,以指导实际生产,提高生产效率和加工精度。With the demands of more complicated shape and higher precision of stone products in top grade decoration, some numerical controlled and automatic machine come into the stone processing. Grinding is the main factor which ensures the shape and precision of products in stone processing.And it is also the key technology which influences the machining efficiency,This article is to find out the reasons causing tool wear and the factors influencing smoothness by means of experiment, and deduce the radius compensation value when the grinding wheel is used to process granite.It is used to guide practical production and enhance production efficiency and precision.
