摘 要:样品粒度不超过38μm(400目),以20%乙醇-1%硝酸水溶液为介质,用与样品基体类似的一种标准矿样进行校正,可消除基体效应。样品浓度不超过73mg/10ml、含镍为0~350ng·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系。建立了测定钒钦磁铁矿中痕量镍的新方法。方法简便、快速、灵敏(检出限为0.40μg·g^(-1)),对三种代表性标准矿样的分析结果表明,能满足痕量分析的要求。An improved sample introduction technique using a suspension of sample particales in the GF-AAS determination of trace amounts of nickel in sefstromite is reported in this paper. The powdered sample with its size≤38μm is suspended in a mixed solution of C2H5OH (l + 4)-HNO3(l+ 99). Compensation for the matrix of sample is done by using a standard sample treated in the same way. The optimum sample concentration is found be≤73mg/10ml. A satisfactory linear relationship holds between 0-350ng ?ml-1 of nickel. The proposed method is proved to be simple, rapid and with high sensitivity (limit of detection: 0. 4μg ?g-1).
