摘　　要：本文从理论上推导出程序柱柱效及分离度的函数关系式，并将程序柱与常规柱进行比较。The theoretical equation regarding the column efficiency and resolution of the gradient GC column was derived. The column efficiency and resolution of the tangentioal column, exponential column and classical regular column were compared. The theoretical and practical results show that the tangential column is an ideal gradient column.
