摘  要:目的探讨过敏性紫癜的过敏原,避免接触过敏原利于该病康复并减少复发。方法应用生物共振技术检测137例过敏性紫癜患儿的过敏原,同期51例哮喘患儿作对照。结果过敏性紫癜患儿过敏原阳性率89.8%(123/137),31%对1种物质过敏,69%对2种以上物质过敏。过敏性紫癜患儿主要过敏原为防腐剂、花及花粉、树木、草、调味剂、杀虫剂、麦类植物、家用或工业毒物等;对螨虫过敏率2.9%,明显低于哮喘组的92%(χ2=149.7,P<0.01);对树木、花及花粉、草等合计过敏率为53%,明显高于哮喘组的4%(x2=36.8,P<0.01)。结论大多数过敏性紫癜患儿可找到过敏原,且以防腐剂、树木、花及花粉、草为主,不同于哮喘以螨虫为主。Objective To investigate the allergens of anaphylactoid purpura and remind patients with anaphylactoid purpura of avoiding such antigens in order to promote recovery and decrease recurrence. Methods Bioresonance was applied to detect antigens in 137 children with armphylaetoid purpura, meanwhile 51 asthma patients were chosen and detected as controls. Results Allergens were found in 123 of 137 children with anaphylaetoid purpura (89.8%), of the 123 patients 31% were allergic to one matter and 69% to two or more matters. The main antigens of children with anaphylaetoid purpura were preservatives, flowers, pollens, trees, grasses, flavoring agents, pesticides, cereal, household and industrial toxicant and so on. The allergic rate to mites in children with anaphylaetoid purpura (2.9%) was obviously lower than that in controls (92%) and the difference had statistical significance (X2 = 149.7, P 〈 0.01 ). The total allergic rate to trees, grasses, flowers and pollens in children with anaphylaetoid purpura (53%) was obviously higher than in controls (4%) and the difference also had statistical significance (X^2 = 36.8, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Allergens can be found in most children with anaphylaetoid purpura and the main allergens are preservatives, flowers, pollens, trees and glasses, which are different from asthma patients whose allergens are mites in chief.
