摘  要:对大型光弹模型的浇铸工艺进行了研究,获得了理想的超大型光弹模型;研制了离心加载装置,解决了超大型光弹模型离心应力冻结问题;用三维光弹性冻结切片法,对烟气轮机轮盘榫槽部位在离心力场作用下的应力分布进行了分析;用电阻应变计测量法对该部位由温度场引起的应力进行了分析,叙述了温度场的建立和温度补偿方法.上述研究均得到满意的结果.The processing of large sized photoelastic models has been studied and ideal models were obtained.Using the three-dimensional photoelastic frozen stress method,the stress distribution of the turbine disk mortise part under centrifugal force was analysed.Using strain gage measurement,the stress distribution of the mortise part working under temperature fields was studied and temperature compensation method was adopted.The results of these experiments prove to be satisfactory.
