摘　　要：积极推动可再生能源发展已为世界共识。本文分析了我国可再生能源发展现状及问题、国际社会发展可再生能源的经验和中国已具备规模化发展可再生能源的条件,并针对2020年可再生能源的发展目标,提出了相应的发展战略和政策建议。Developing renewable energy is an international concept. Introduce current status and existing issues. Analyzed international experience on developing Renewable energy. Point out condition for China to develop scale up renewable energy. In order to reach renewable energy developing target by 2020,Propose renewable energy development strategy and policy recommendations.
