摘　　要：选用性状互补的2个光温敏核不育系8-1S和香125S杂交,通过系谱选择与花药培养相结合的方法育成优质低温敏两用核不育系金山S-2。利用该不育系与早恢89配组育成两系杂交早稻新组合金两优289,该组合具有产量高、米质较优、综合性状好等特点。2003—2004年参加福建省优质早稻区试,2 a平均产量达7.14 t/hm2,比对照佳禾早占增产13.62%,达极显著水平。该组合于2005年通过福建省品种审定。Jinshan S - 2, a new PTGMS line with low critical temperature and good grain quality, was developed by crossing two PTGMS lines 8 - 1S and Xiang 125S with complementary characteristics through pedigree selection combined with anther culture. Crossing it with Zaohui 89, a new two-line early hybrid rice combination, Jinliangyou 289, was developed and it was characterized with both high yield and good grain quality. It yielded an average of 7.14 t/hm^2 in two years （2003 ＆ 2004） of the regional yield trials for quality early rice of Fujian Province, 13.6% higher （significant at 1% level） than that of the check Jiahezaozhan. Consequently, it was registered and released for commercial production in Fujian Province in 2005.
