滋脺调脂饮治疗葡萄糖调节异常并脂代谢紊乱临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋脺调脂饮治疗葡葡糖调节异常并脂代谢紊乱的效果。方法:治疗组60例用滋脺调脂饮治疗、对照组30例用绞股蓝总甙片治疗,观察两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、TC、TG、HDL-C指标。结果:治疗组总有效率85.0%、对照组63.3%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:滋脺调脂饮对葡萄糖调节异常并脂代谢紊乱有良好疗效。Objective： To observe the effect on accommodation abnormality of glucose complicating disorder of lipid metabolism treated by Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction, Method： 60 cases were treated with Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction as the study group while 30 cases were treated with Jiaogulan Zongdai Pian. BFS, PPBS （2h）, TC, TG and HDL - C of the two groups were obseved. Result ： The toal effective rate of the study group is 85.0% while that of the control group is 63.3% and there is very significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Zisui Tiaozhi Decoction has good therapeutic effect on accommodation abnormality of glucose complicating disorder of lipid metabolism.
