摘　　要：文章介绍了KDN-1000型高纯氮设备主换热器堵塞的故障现象,分析了故障的原因;后通过更换空压机和加长分布器管等措施,成功排除了故障。The block happening inside the main heat exchanger of a KDN-IO00 high-purity nitrogen device is introduced. Based on the cause analysis, the measures of changing air compressor and extending distributor have been proposed to solve the problem, which has successfully helped to eliminate the fault.
