摘  要:建立了胀焊结合的管子与管板连接接头的三维有限元模型,研究了液压胀接接头在焊接热影响过程中管子与管板接触面上的残余接触压力的分布和变化。结果发现,受焊接热影响后,胀接残余接触压力经过了消失和逐渐恢复的过程,其数值最终几乎不变。A 3 - D finite element model was established for the combined tube - to - tubesheet joint which is expanded first and then welded. Effects of welding on the residual contact pressure between the contact surface of tube and tubesheet of hydraulically expanded joints were studied. Results show that the residual contact pressure almost disappeared during welding process and gradually regained with the cooling of the weld. The final values were almost the same with those before welding.
