摘　　要：围绕宝钢开裂4#氧气球罐的焊接返修,论及15MnVNR钢材的焊接性分析、焊接试验以及为焊接返修所进行的焊接工艺评定试验。最终完成了4#氧气球罐的焊接修复,并按期投运。经运行考验,使用情况良好。Based on weld repair of the crack in the 4^# oxygen spherical tank of BAOSTEEL,we analysis the weld performance ,weld test and the technics assess test base on the the weld repair of the steel 15MnVNR, at last accomplish the weld repair and put into production on time . it run well after the test time.
