摘  要:以层状粉末MnO2为处理剂,对含碱性染料罗丹明B的模拟印染废水进行静态脱色试验。考察了处理时间、体系pH值、MnO2投加量和温度等对脱色的影响,得出了吸附等温方程;采用FT-IR和XPS初步分析了脱色机理。结果表明,投加不同量的MnO2后,10 m in内基本可达到脱色平衡;较低的pH值和较高的MnO2投加量有助于脱色;温度对脱色影响不大。pH值为3和7时,MnO2对罗丹明B染料的吸附符合Lang-mu ir和Freund lich等温方程;该脱色过程是羟基键合与电性吸附的迭加。The removal of a cationic dyestuff, Rhodamine B, by adsorption onto layer form powder manganese dioxide was investigated using batch rate experiments. Influence of various contact time, pH value, the dose of manganese dioxide and temperature on decolorization was discussed. The adsorption models had been investigated. FT-IR and XPS analysis revealed preliminary removal mechanisms. It is shown that decolorization process had almost finished in 10 minutes. Lower pH value and larger manganese dioxide dose favor the color removal. The temperature has little impact on the color removal. The adsorption equilibrium date followed Langmuir and Freundlich model at pH value 3 and 7. The saturated adsorption capacity is 353 mg/g at pH value 3. The mechanism of the decolorization process is the combination of hydrogen bond and electrostatic attraction.
