摘 要:目的建立治偏痛颗粒的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中白芍、川芎、白芷药材进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对方中芍药苷进行定量分析。结果在薄层色谱中可检出白芍、川芎、白芷的相应斑点;在定量分析中,芍药苷进样量在0.792~7.92μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD为1.78%。结论所用方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于治偏痛颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control method for Zhipiantong granules. Methods White Peony Root, Chuanxiong Rhizome, Dahurian Angelica Root in Zhipiantong granules were identified by TLC and the content of paeoniflorin in Zhipiantong granules was determined by HPLC. Results White Peony Root, Chuanxiong Rhizome, Dahurian Angelica Root could be identified by TLC; paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship within the range of 0. 792-7.92 μg (r=0, 999 8), the average recovery rate was 99. 06%, and RSD was 1.78%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, which can be used as quality control for Zhipiantong granules.
