内蒙古经济增长与就业关系的实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,内蒙古快速的经济增长却伴随着就业弹性的显著下降甚至就业负增长的趋势。笔者运用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验对内蒙古经济增长与就业增长的关系进行实证分析,结果表明在1978-2004年前25年期间经济增长与就业增长之间存在稳定的均衡关系,对其进行格兰杰因果检验结果表明就业增长有效地促进经济增长,而不是相反。进一步运用新古典增长模型作回归分析得到了不同阶段的就业弹性系数,结果表明内蒙古经济增长与就业弹性变动存在非一致性。In recent years, economy has been rising rapidly in Inner Mongolia, however, the employment elasticity is showing obviously downward trend, rather, negative growth of employment. By employing the co - integration test and the Granger - causality test, the authors make an authentic analysis of the relationship between economic growth and employment of Inner Mongolia, the result of which indicates that there existed a stable co-integration relationship between economic growth and employment of Inner Mongolia during the years from 1978 to 2002. The Granger-causality test result shows that employment growth is a Granger cause of economic growth, that is to say, the employment growth can promote the economic growth effectively, far from being opposite. The authors calculate the Inner Mongolian employment elasticity at the different stages by means of Neoclassicism Growth model, showing that the economic growth and employment in Inner Mongolia has altered inconsistently.
