瘢痕膏治疗增生性瘢痕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自制瘢痕膏加弹力套治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法对烧伤、外伤及手术后220例增生性瘢痕采用自制瘢痕膏，涂于温水浸泡5-10分钟后的增生性瘢痕区，然后用弹力套加压增生性瘢痕区，疗程6个月。另取182例有皮肤增生瘢痕病人作为对照观察组，只用弹力套加压治疗，不用瘢痕膏，观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组220例病人有效196例（89．1％）对照组182例有效128例（70．3％），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论自制瘢痕膏加弹力套能够明显减少增生性瘢痕的发生，临床疗效确切，值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the curative effective of self-made scar cream in treating hyperplasia sear, Methods 402 cases with hyperplasia were randomly divided into 2 group：treatment group （ n = 220） and control group （ n = 182） .The treatment group was treated with self-made sear cream, and the course last for 6 months. Results The result of treatment group was better than that of control group, the effective rates of the 2 groups showed significant difference （ treatment group： 89.1%, control group ： 70.3 %. P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The self-made scar cream together with elasticity cover has a good therapeutic effect in decreasing the occurrences of hyperplasia sear with reliable curative effect;it is worthy of being popularized.
