摘　　要：利用三维软件进行设计代表了模具设计的发展方向，它有利于对模具进行实体造型、成型过程模拟以及模具缺陷检测分析的研究。在分析研究Pro／E进行精密注射模设计的基础上，介绍了应用Pro／Engineer2001进行模具设计的基本流程，应用软件中的一些功能对所设计的模具进行了检测分析，并通过一个具体的实例演示了该过程。Three dimensions software design is the developing trend of mold design, which administers to the research concerning entity drawing, simulation of solidification process and defects analysis. On the basis of analyzing the design of Precise injecting mold using Pro/E, the basic process of the mold design using Pro/Engineer2001 has been introduced. Some functions of Pro/E have been used to detect and analyze the mold＇s defects; the course has been demonstrated by an actual example.
