摘　　要：村民自治是我国农村基层最基本的政治体制。通过分析认为合作医疗在性质上与村民自治具有相融性,以村民自治为基础,依托村民委员会开展合作医疗个人筹资具有可行性,并根据实例调查提出了具体的操作步骤,对可能遇到的不利因素也提出了相应的对策建议。Villagers＇ autonomy is the basic political system in the rural areas of think as far as nature is concerned, CMS is in harmonious with villagers＇ autonomy. It China. In this article, the authors s feasible to pool funds of CMS from individual villager with the help of villagers＇ committee based on system of villagers＇ autonomy. The authors put forward the operating procedure on the basis of on-the-spot investigations and also give some advice on how to deal with the possible difficulties.
