盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释制剂的研制及其体外释放度测定

摘　　要：目的:研制盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片,并测定其体外释放度。方法:采用骨架片和膜包衣法,研究不同的辅料和包衣液对盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片的影响。结果:由体外释放度可知,在不同的辅料以及包衣液的条件下,盐酸伪麻黄碱片体外都具有缓释作用。结论:盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片剂可作为盐酸伪麻黄碱的新制剂开发。Objective： To prepare sustained-release tablet of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and determine its release in vitro. Method： matrix tablet and different liquid of wrapper were used. Result： Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride could be released continuously under different accessoial material and the liquid of wrapper through the dissolution results of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Conclusion： The sustained-release tablet can be developed as new preparation for pseudcephedrine hydrochloride.
