摘　　要：目的:建立测定更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18(4．6mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0．5％冰醋酸溶液(26:74),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷与其相邻杂质峰的分离度符合要求,淫羊藿苷在0．50-2．50μg范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=22．560X-0．048,r= 0．999 7,n=5。平均加样回收率为102．4％,RSD为0．97％,n=6。结论:本文建立的分析方法简便、重现性好,可用于更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定。Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of Icariin in Gengnianling Capsules. Method： Hypersil ODS C18 column （200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μn）was used; acetonitrile -0.5% acetic acid（26： 74） were used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ; the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result： Resolution between Icariin and other peaks met the requirements. The line correlation was observed from 0.50-2.50 μg· ml^-1. the average recoveries were 102.4%, RSD was 0.97% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The methods are simple, accurate and reproducible.
