摘 要:气体扩散电极是电化学去极化二氧化碳浓缩器电池(EDC)中的核心组件,其结构与EDC电池转移CO_2的能力及工作稳定性有关.采用自制的高性能催化剂Pt/C KS_6,优化了乙炔黑与PTFE均为20%,研制出高效空气扩散电极.试验结果表明,EDC电池转移CO_2的能力及工作稳定性均得到较大提高,在空气中CO_2分压<670 Pa、电流密度为15 mA/cm^2的条件下,电池的CO_2转移指数>1.8,工作电压超过300 mV,累计稳定工作时间超过300 h.The electrochemical depolarized carbon dioxide concentrating (EDC) method is the most promising technique for removing carbon dioxide in the spacecraft cabin atmosphere, and gas diffusion electrode is the key part for EDC cell. The structure of the electrode has an important effect on the transfer ability of CO2 and the working stability of EDC cell. The effective air diffusion electrode was prepared by optimizing the components of electrodes using the catalyst Pt/C KS6. The results show that the catalyst particles dispersed homogeneously in the electrodes when the content of PTFE and acetylene black is 20%. The CO2 transfer performance and working stability of EDC has been improved significantly. The EDC cell has a transfer index of over 1.8, a stable working voltage of more than 300 mV and an accumulative working time of more than 300 h at 15 mA/cm^2 and Pco2 〈670 Pa.
