摘  要:通过比较基于中国烈度表绘制的集集地震烈度等震线、地震动峰值加速度和峰值速度等值线的相似度,发现中国烈度表中的这两个地震动峰值参数对应于7、8、9度区的数值范围偏低.后参照烈度等震线从视觉上找出与它最相似的PGA、PGV等值线,通过数字化比较和描述统计分析发现,新的地震动峰值参数等值线较基于中国烈度表物理标准取值范围而绘制的等值线与烈度等震线更为相似.由此得出了研究建议的对应于中国烈度表中7、8、9、10度区的PGA和PGV取值范围,其中7、8、9度区的参数值需要提高以保障抗震设计的安全性.Based on the comparison of isoseismal of seismic intensity for Chi - Chi Earthquake with the isoseismal of PGA and PGV it was found that the extent value of PGA and PGV in seismic intensity scale of China inclines to be small. Then according to the isoseismal of seismic intensity, the isoseismals of PGA and PGV with best similarity with the isoseismal of seismic intensity were selected. After that, the digital comparison and statistics of these isoseismals were conducted to find that the new isoseismals of PGA and PGV are more similar with the isoseismal of seismic intensity than the isoseismals on the seismic intensity scale of China. Hence, the new extent value of physical measure in seismic intensity scale of China is suggested and it is commended that the extent value of PGA and PGV corresponding to intensity 7,8,9 should be increased so as to insure the safety of structures with aseismatie design.
