摘 要:采用不同的方法研究了膨胀石墨吸附油后的再生问题,实验证实,简单压缩法使膨胀石墨产生形变,影响膨胀石墨的使用周期;有机溶剂法及加热燃烧法均有较高的脱除效率及再生效率;在60~90℃沸程石油醚用量足够的情况下,吸附柴油的膨胀石墨的再生效率超过95%;加热及燃烧法,吸附的油的脱除与再生效率随温度升高而升高,随再生次数的增加,再生效率呈下降趋势.Various methods were used in the study of the recovery of oil-absorbing exfoliated graphite ( EG), with which experiment was made and showed that with simple compression method, EG .S form will be changed, which may affect the using span of EG, while both organic solution method and heating & burning method are of high efficiency of removing and recovery. With enough sherwood oil with the boiling period of 60-90℃, the recovery efficiency of diesel-absorbing EG will excel 95% , while with the heating & burning method, the efficiency of removing absorbed oil and EG's recovery will rise with the rising of temperature, and the recovery efficiency tends to decline with the recovery times increased.
