摘　　要：针对现行城市拆迁中存在的问题,提出了应用可拓方法的对策,明确了城市拆迁管理体制及工作机制的内涵,生成城市拆迁的策略,即：在机构设置上要增设统一的管理机构；在管理范围上要淡出商业项目的拆迁,专心致力于公共项目的拆迁；在补偿机制上要提高补偿价格,调整原有的补偿依据；在相关政策上要完善住房社会保障体系；另外应增加安置房的数量,建立合理的住房供应结构．最终得到在城市拆迁中,注重经济效益的同时,也要重视社会效益和人本效益的结论．To count the issues in urban house pulling down and migration at present, this paper has put forward several measures by using Extension Methods. They have defined the connotation of management system and work mechanism of urban house pulling down and migration and proposed corresponding strategies that include establishing united management organization in the establishment of the organization, the management indifferent to business projects and focusing on public projects, raising compensatory prices and adjusting original compensatory basis in compensatory mechanism, perfecting housing social insurance system in related policy, and increasing the amount of placement houses and building up a reasonable housing supply structure. The final conclusion is that not only economical benefit but also social benefit and human benefit are important in urban house pulling down and migration.
