摘 要:制定了轻度混合动力汽车的控制策略,并依据整车结构及控制策略,修改了ADVISOR软件的相关模块,建立了轻度混合动力汽车的仿真模型.采用性能等级数值方法,分析了发动机功率的变化对整车性能的影响,在综合考虑制造成本和节能目标值的前提下,确定了各部件的具体参数.利用正交试验设计优化方法,分析了变速器各挡速比对整车性能的影响,确定了各挡速比的范围.对所匹配车辆的动力性及其在几种循环工况下的燃油经济性进行了仿真,并与动力性相近普通车辆的燃油经济性进行了对比分析.Presented in the paper is the control strategy of Mild Hybrid Electrical Vehicle, the simulation model of which is established after some modules of ADVISOR are modified according to its configuration and control strategy. The influence of engine power change on entire car performance is analyzed by the performance rating method; moreover, parameters of other components are also designed after manufacture cost of hybrid electrical vehicle and its target value of energy saving are comprehensively considered. By the orthogonal experimental design method, the gear ratio of transmission is optimized. Then, the dynamic performance and fuel rate on several driving cycles are simulated and compared with the conventional vehicle of similar dynamic performance.
