摘　　要：从乡镇卫生院的预防保健功能切入,对目前存在的乡镇卫生院改革模式进行了分析,并论证了“政府购买预防保健服务”改革模式的可行性和具体运行方案。在“政府购买预防保健服务”的模式下,乡镇卫生院的改革应本着其承担的不同工作职能,采取多元化的管理机制,并相应地采用多渠道的筹资方式。This article analyses the contemporary innovation mode in our Country from view of health care function of township hospital and propounds the mode of government purchasing the health care service, demonstrates the possibilities and concrete schemes of this mode under which the innovation of township hospital should realize its different functions and adopt diversification administration system.
