广东省民营医院发展存在问题分析

摘　　要：为了解民营医院发展的政策环境、存在困难等,采用普查法对广东省范围内的所有民营医院进行了问卷调查,结果发现广东省民营医院发展还处于起步阶段,存在政府扶持政策不够、税收多、社会认同差、人才流动大和管理水平参差不齐等问题。建议政府应充分认识到民营医疗服务的作用,在理论、政策和法律等方面对其进行规范和明确。To get a general idea about the political environment and existing difficulties in the development of non- governmental hospital in Guangdong Province, we adopt the method of census; execute a questionnaire towards all of the non-governmental hospitals in the scope of Guangdong Province. We found that non-governmental hospital is still in its beginning stage and its strength is not powerful enough. The problems can be listed as follows： inadequate supporting policy from the government ,heavy taxes ,inferior social identification, immoderate fluidity of talents, uneven levels of management, etc. So the health administrative sector should be fully aware of the importance of non-governmental hospital and its social function, and then regulate and specify aspects in terms of theory, policy and legislation.
