摘　　要：在运用SWOT方法分析河北高等教育优势、劣势、机会和威胁的基础上,结合河北省社会经济和高等教育发展的现状,提出了河北2005—2010年、2011—2020年高等教育的发展目标及战略选择。On the basis of analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of high education in Hebei, this paper proposes the development goal and strategy choice of high education in Hebei in the periods of 2005 ～ 2010 and 2011 ～ 2020 combining with the present development situation of social economy and high education in Hebei.
