城镇建设用地适宜性评价信息系统研究──以福建省漳州市芗城区为例

摘　　要：本文以福建省漳州市芗城区为例，分析研究城镇建设用地适宜性评价信息系统的设计、建立与应用．从系统的概念模型入手，阐述了系统评价原则与体系、系统流程概念设计、数据库组织与结构的概念设计、评价模型概念设计等４个方面的内容．以ＡＲＣ／ＩＮＦＯ为主要支撑软件，建立了城镇建设用地适宜性评价信息系统．The application of GIS to evaluation of urban constrUction land has good prospects prospects. With Xiangcheng district of Zhangzhou, Fujian as an example, the design, development and application of information system for evaluation of suitability of urban construction land are discussed, Anevaluation system of theee grades of suitability is established. Supported by ARC/INFO software,9 factors to be evaluated are treated to produce 1798 spots on the map as the evaluating units. With the evaluating model the sum of the scores for each unit is calculated, and the suitability types of the land are confirmed according to the evaluating standards. Aleas of various types are counted. And then, the maps of suitability evaluation are produced. It is concluded that, 1) The technique .in the study is new, which provides a frame for GIS evalution of urban constriction land ; 2) The three-grades system of evaluation is practical ; 3)The effidency and the precision of the results of the GIS's process are higher than those of themanual.
