摘  要:对管孔扩孔与未扩孔的单弓形折流板进行了传热与流阻试验。结果表明,对折流板适当部位的管孔进行适当扩大,可提高换热器的传热效率,减小壳程压降,具有较好的节能降耗效果。优化后的扩孔方案,其壳程的努塞尔数可以提高1.7%~8.3%,阻力系数减小9.8%~13.0%,综合性能指标Nuo/ξo^0.29提高5.9%~11.6%,换热器对数平均温差增加1.3%~3.6%,热流密度提高4.6%~5.6%。The experiment was made for contrasting the properties of heat transfer and flow resistance between expanded and unexpanded tube apertures of single segmental baffle tube bundle. The results show that appropriate quantity and layout tube-aperture expanded on the baffle is useful to increase heat transfer efficiency and decrease pressure drop. For the optimization scheme of expanded aperture,Nusselt number of shell-side increased by 1.7% to 8.3% ,the resistance coefficient decreased by 9.8% to 13.0% ,the heat transfer and flowing resistance integrated property Nuo/ξo^0.29 increased by 5.9% to 11.6% ,log mean temperature difference increased by 1.3% to 3.6%, heat flux of heat exchanger increased by 4.6% to 5.6%.
