摘　　要：常减压装置存在较为严重的低温位腐蚀问题,尤其是常压塔顶冷凝器腐蚀问题更为严重。采用钛板壳式换热器作为常压塔顶油气换热器用于500×104t/a常减压装置中,运行至今设备状况良好,设备投资与装置运行费用大为降低。The serious corrosion problem at uum distillation unit,especially in the atmosp oil gas H. E. with titanium plate-shell applied low here in 5 temperature could be found in atmospheric-vacoverhead condenser. The atmospheric overhead million t/a atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit performed excellently in two year＇s operation with greatly reducing of equipment and operation costs.
