摘  要:通过优选喷丸强化工艺参数和疲劳试验,制定了抽油杆喷丸强化工艺规范(企业标准),提出了抽油杆喷丸强化的2个指标:喷丸强度≥0.30mmA;表面覆盖率≥100%。我国研制成功抽油杆超音频表面感应淬火机床和工艺,采用此工艺研制成功了工艺型超高强度(HY型)抽油杆,并在国际上首次将此工艺用于旧抽油杆修复,应用效果很好;引进美国ICO公司金属与塑料复合喷涂防腐抽油杆生产技术生产的抽油杆具有良好的防腐性能,并有防结蜡、防结垢作用,在中原油田应用效果较好;采用高速电弧喷涂生产的复合涂层防腐抽油杆,在胜利油田和中原油田的6口腐蚀井进行了试验,总矿化度为65606-168303mg/L,累计工作超过219d,没有发生断裂事故。Through to optimize the technological parameters of the shotpeening strengthening and fatigue test, the intensify technology specification (works standard) for the sucker rod shotpeening is laid down,two targets of the sucker rod shotpeening strengthened is put forward : shotpeening strengthening ≥ 0.30 mmA, surface coverage ≥100%. The super audio frequency surface induction quench machinery and it's technology are developed, technological type super high strength sucker rod is developed by this technology in China, and the technology is first used to repair old sucker good results. The production technology of anti-corrosive sucker imported from U. S. A. ICO Company. The sucker rod has good rod in the world, its application achieved rod by metal and plastic spray lay-up is performance of anti-corrosion, anti- paraffin deposit and anti-scaling. Its application achieved good results in Zhongyuan oil field. The anti-corrosive sucker rod produced by high speed electric are spray lay-up is tested in six corrosive wells of Shengli and zhongyuan oil field. The salinities of well fluid are 65 606-168 303 mg/L. Total work time of sucker rod exceeds 219 days. no break accident happens on the sucker rod.
