摘　　要：介绍了WZY1500卧式振动离心机的结构组成和技术特性,通过对国外先进机型的研究,对该机的各种动力学参数进行了设计计算。阐述了该机的设计思路,并从结构组成、参振质量、振动电机的选取、主振弹簧总刚度、最大振幅、功率消耗等方面进行了相应的分析。Gives an introduction to the structural composition and technological characteristics, and makes the design calculation to all sorts of kinetic parameters of the centrifuge on the bases of studying advanced foreign models. It also explains the designing clew of the centrifuge and analyzes its structural composition, quality of vibration, selection of vibration motor, total inflexibility of primary vibrating spring, maximum amplitude of vibration and wattage consumption, etc..
