小儿腹泻外敷膜提取工艺研究

摘　　要：研究小儿腹泻外敷膜剂的提取工艺.采用双提法(即水提挥发油,醇提生物碱),采用L9(3)4正交设计,以醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和加醇量为考察因素,并以吴茱萸次碱的质量分数为指标,考察提取的最佳工艺.初步确定挥发油提取为10倍量水,提取6 h;生物碱提取为6倍量质量分数为90%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h.确定了小儿腹泻外敷膜的最佳提取工艺.This paper investigates the best technology of double-abstraction （ I. e ： abstracting volatile oil with water, abstracting alkaloid with alcohol ） and the method of L9 （3）4orthogonal design, applying the concentration of alcohol, abstracted time, abstracted times and quantity of adding alcohol as investigation factor, and utilize the contents of rutaecarpine as index. Determines abstracting volatile oil with water costs 10-times quantities of water and 6 hours, abstracting alkaloid with alcohol costs 6-times alcohol（90% ） and abstracts two times, each time 1 hour. ascertain the best abstraction technology of Xiaoer Fuxie Waifu film.
