摘　　要：分析了龙头企业在新农村建设中的机制缺陷,认为,合作社与新农村建设的目标高度一致和契合,合作社能优化农业产业结构、推进农村文明建设和民主管理,合作社与龙头企业相结合,有利于新农村建设目标。The paper analyzes the mechanism deficit that exists in the pattern of leading corporations,summarizes the conformity between cooperatives and the construction of new rural areas. Then draws a conclusion： cooperatives will optimize agricultural industry structure, and promote rural civilization construction and democratic management. The paper points out that the combination between co-operatives and leading corporations will benefit the goal of the construction of new rural areas.
