摘　　要：目的:研究2003年广东省居民因呼吸系统疾病死亡的疾病负担。方法:利用2003年广东省国家疾病监测点资料,采用死亡损失健康生命年(YLLs)指标对广东省居民呼吸系统疾病死亡的疾病负担进行研究。结果:2003年广东省居民中因呼吸系统疾病死亡引起的死亡损失健康生命年主要由1岁以下儿童和65岁以上成人承担,因呼吸系统疾病死亡引起的疾病负担男性略高于女性。结论:1岁以下儿童和65岁以上居民是广东省预防呼吸系统疾病死亡的高危人群。Objective：To investigate th.e burden of disease from respiratory death among Guangdong residents in 2003. Methods： Based on the national pilot data for disease control in Guangdong, 2003, the burden of disease from respiratory death was analyzed using years of life lost （YLLs）. Results ： the burden of disease from respiratory death was mainly focused in the groups aged below 1 year and above 65 years. The YLLs in males was slightly higher than in females. Conclusions： The residents aged below 1 year and above 65 years constitute the high-risk populations for prevention of respiratory death in Guangdong.
