摘  要:目的探讨非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)与人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的关系。方法50例NLBP患者为病例组,与之年龄、性别相仿的36例健康人为健康对照组。各研究对象取2ml空腹中段晨尿接种至人胚肺成纤维细胞中培养,观察HCMV特异性细胞病变效应(CPE);培养物均经PCR检测HCMV UL83DNA。结果NLBP组中HCMV CPE阳性9例,健康对照组均阴性。培养物中,CPE阳、阴性的PCR分别为阳、阴性。组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=5.44,P=0.02)。结论HCMV感染可能是NLBP的病因之一。Objective To detect human eytomegalovirus (HCMV) in urine samples from patients of nonspeeifie low back pain(NLBP) through cell euhure. Methods NLBP group was composed of 50 NLBP patients; and control group included 36 healthy people of similar age and sex as the NLBP group. 2 ml of early morning urine was collected from every study objects before having breakfast and human embryonic lung fibroblast cells (HF) were inoculated with these urine samples after being filtrated. Observing eytopathologieal effects (CPE) of HCMV in HF and UL83 DNA segment of HCMV were assayed using PCR. Results Cytopathologieal effects were only found in 9 NLBP patients' urine samples which have been verified to contain UL83 DNA of HCMV. The difference between different groups was of statistical significance (χ^2= 5.44,P = 0. 02). Conclusion HCMV active infection may be one of the causes of NLBP.
