摘 要:目的观察Er∶YAG激光制洞对兔牙髓组织的影响。方法分别用Er∶YAG激光和普通牙钻于兔前牙唇面制备V类洞,常规窝洞垫底充填。术后即刻和72h处死动物并分离实验牙,HE染色观察兔牙髓的形态学改变。术后72h,免疫组化S-P法检测转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在牙髓中的表达。结果术后即刻和72h Er∶YAG激光组与普通牙钻组均可见牙髓轻度炎性反应;术后72h激光组及普通牙钻组均可见成牙本质细胞内及其下方牙髓细胞内TGFβ1的表达,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),激光组牙髓组织内TGF-β1的中强阳性表达率(90%)高于普通牙钻组(30%)。结论与普通牙钻组比较,Er∶YAG激光制洞对牙髓组织未见有明显损伤;Er∶YAG激光辐射可能具有促进牙髓组织修复的潜能。Objective To observe the pulpal response to cavity preparation using Er : YAG laser in rabbit incisors. Methods Following Er : YAG laser and the conventional bur excavation, the cavities in dentine were closed temporarily and the teeth were extracted immdiatelly and after 72 hours post-operation. The pulp were examined histologically and immunohistolobically for TGF-β1. Results There was no marked difference in the manner in which pulp tissue responded to cavity preparation with either laser or a convential drill. Immunohistochemical staining of TGF-β1 was more significant in the laser group. Conclusion Er : YAG laser causes no serious pulpal for cavity preparation and may hold the potienal for dental tissue repair.
