区域金融可持续发展的城市金融生态研究

摘　　要：本文从区域金融可持续发展的角度,对城市金融生态系统进行了较为系统的分析。城市金融生态系统作为一种重要的战略性区域金融资源,其自身的可持续发展将直接影响到金融资源配置效率的提高、资源分配最优的实现以及当地经济社会的和谐发展。通过理论分析,我们得出城市金融生态系统达到最优稳态、实现可持续发展受贴现率效应、开发成本效应和增长效应三方面的影响,然而在现实中,与这些理论因素相关联的实际影响因素出现的问题比较多,对其的处理、优化及改善还需要一定的时间。最后,结合三种效应的应用,针对我国目前在构建城市和谐金融生态系统所出现的主要问题,我们提出了相关的建议。From the point of view of sustainable development of regional finance, the paper systematically studies the urban financial ecosystem. As a powerful strategic regional financial resource, sustainable development of regional finance influences the improvement of resources＇distribution efficiency, the realization of their optimal allocation and the harmonious development of local society directly. The paper points put that optimal state of this ecosystem is affected by the effect of discount rate, the effect of exploitation cost and the effect of growth through theoretical analysis. However, in practices it takes time to improve the regional financial ecosystem. Finally, some helpful suggestions on the construction of the harmonious urban financial ecosystem are put forward.
