摘　　要：黑河下游额济纳地区天然林草衰败的主要原因是超载过牧,流域水资源过度利用,土地不合理利用,过度樵采,毁林毁草。通过天然林草需水量分析,提出该地区适宜的林草植被保护技术,包括围栏封育、根据草场的载畜能力确定载畜量、合理灌溉、加强抚育管理。The main reasons of natural forest and grass River are overuse of water resources of the river basin, depletion in Ejina Area in lower reaches of the Hei inappropriate utilization of land, over-exploitation and damages of forest and grass. According to analysis of water demand of natural forest and grass, technologies of forest and grass protection that suit the local conditions are pointed out, including enclosed-fence foresting, determining husbandry ability according to the carrying capacity of grassland, proper irrigation and strengthening nursery management
