摘  要:应用数值模拟讨论了工业实验软接触电磁连铸结晶器结构参数对结晶器内部磁场的影响规律。结果表明:当分瓣数>40时,最大磁感应强度随分瓣数增加的幅度不大;切缝宽>1.1 mm时,切缝宽度对磁感应强度影响不明显;缝长长于线圈两端各40 mm,就可解决结晶器铜管磁屏蔽问题。本文还发现若线圈外部存在良导电体部件,将会降低钢液表面磁感应强度达50%。The distribution of magnetic field in commercial scale electromagnetic soft-contact mold was investigated with numerical simulation. The results show that the maximum value of magnetic flux density enlarges little with increasing slit number when slit number is larger than 40. And the width of the slits has no obvious influence on the magnetic flux density in the mold when it is larger than 1.1 mm. As long as the slits are 40 mm longer than coil in both direction, the magnetic field in the mold will not be affected by the mold greatly. It also finds that the magnetic flux density on the billet surface can be decreased 50% when good conductor is near the coil.
