摘　　要：2005年为“医院质量管理年”,并下发《医院质量管理年活动方案》及《医院管理评价指南(试行)》。据此护理部在院领导支持下,结合医院实际情况,认真领会文件精神,加大对“三基三严”培训,突出“四个训练”,保证“四个过关”,并通过“层层检查,层层监督”把各项管理措施落到突出处,收到了较好的效果。2005 was a year of ＂management year of. hospital quality＂ ,so the department of nursing grasp activities pvograme of hospital quacity management year and hospital management assess guide in the light of hospital＇s practice conditions.Heighten nurse＇s training carry out each management measturse through＂inspection and supervision ring upon ring＂ ,the result shows it has a better effect.
