摘　　要：目的:观察中药加爱西特灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及护理。方法:将符合慢性肾功能衰竭的患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例,两组的西药综合治疗方法相同,都是在患者卧床休息,进优质低蛋白质饮食的基础上,应用保肾药物,但治疗组同时应用中药加爱西特灌肠治疗,对照组未加用其它任何药物治疗。以临床症状改善和血生化分析结果评价其治疗效果。结果:两组疗效及治疗前后生化指标对比,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中药加爱西特灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效肯定。Objective：To aixite clyster Observer Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal insufficiency patients to the efficacy and care. Methods ： with chronic renal insufficiency patients 64 cases randomly divided into treatment and control groups, each of the 32 cases, the treatment group compared with the treatment group of Western medicine same comprehensive treatment is in the term bed rest, into low - quality protein diet based on the application of Paul kidney drug, but treatment with Chinese medicine group plus plus aixite clyster treatment, pairs without using any other drug treatment to improve the clinical symptoms and results of blood biochemical analysis to evaluate treatment effects. Result ： Chinese medicine and aixite clyster therapeutic treatment of chronic renal insufficiency significantly better than comparison groups. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine and aixite clyster chronic renal insufficiency treatment efficacy affirmed.
