摘　　要：护理人员在工作中要熟悉相关的法律法规,提高自身的综合素质,不断提高服务水平和护理技能,建立良好的护患关系,加强工作责任心,是减少护理纠纷的关键。The key to reduce nurse - patient trouble were knew relevant laws and statutes well, improved serf comprehensive quality, service level and nursing skills, to build well nurse - patient relationship and enhance sense of responsibility for nurse.
