利培酮(卓夫)、氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的:本文为探讨国产利培酮(卓夫)治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,利培酮组和氯氮平组各50例,于治疗前和治疗第2、4、6周末进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组PANSS减分率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05):在认知因子及阴性症状方面利培酮组优于氯氮平组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),氯氮平组不良反应广泛且较利培酮组严重。结论:国产利培酮是一种有效的、安全性优于氯氮平的非典型抗精神病药物。Objective：To study the curative effect and safety of interior Risperidone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods： 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups; 50 patients took Risperidone and others took clozapine . PANSS and TESS were evaluated before treatment and at the end of the 2th, 4th, 6th weeks after the treatment. Results： The effect of Risperidone and Cozapine had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） , but declining points of recognition factor and negative symptoms of patients taking Risperidone were more than that of Clozapine; Side - effect of Risperidone was less than that of Clozapine. Conclusions： The curative effect and safety of Risperidone were hither than Clozapine.
