小剂量美降之治疗中等程度高胆固醇血症

摘　　要：７０例血清总胆固醇在６．５～７．８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ的患者随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，分别服用美降之１０ｍｇ／ｄ和２０ｍｇ／ｄ治疗３个月。结果显示Ａ、Ｂ两组降低血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白Ｂ和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显（分别为Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５），且作用相似（分别Ｐ＞０．０５）；也能升高载脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ（Ｐ均＜０．０１），但第２个月Ｂ组较Ａ组明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｂ组第３个月甘油三酯也有明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两种不同剂量美降之均未见明显不良反应。patients with a total cholesterol level of 6.5 to 7.8 mmol/L were randomly divided to receive 10 mg daily dose and 20 mg daily dose of lovastatin for three months.Results showed that in both groups the serum TC,LDL C,apo B were reduced,and serum HDL C and apo A I were significantly increased but the changes were more pronounced in 20 mg daily dose group in the second month and serum TG was significantly reduced in the 20 mg daily dose group in the third month.No side effects were observed in both groups.
