摘  要:选取某烟厂车间通风空调系统,分别对风管内表面及设备部件表面附着的聚积物进行实测与分析。通过对所采集样品的C、H、N、S等的元素分析、工业分析、自然状态下的着火点参数以及灰熔融性参数等的实验分析,得到了烟厂建筑的通风空调系统中聚积物的燃烧特性,为工业建筑火灾的预测评价及防排烟设计提供了参考。This paper intends to introduce the author's field measuring analysis on the accumulated characteristics in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems of a tobacco-processing workshop in hot summer and cold winter seasonal conditions. As is known, it is very important to prevent fire taking place in the HVAC system blockage during an inefficient design or installation. Therefore, we have selected a tobacco-processing workshop for accumulation investigation on its HVAC system while considering its typical industrial and technical characteristics. The corresponding samples were obtained from the above two HVAC systems separately and the combustion parameters were gained for analysis, such as approximate analysis, the characteristics of char residue, ultimate analysis (C, H, N and S), kindling temperature (nature), ash fusibility and so on. The field measuring results show that the kindling temperatures at point A and B in the system are both below 300 ℃ , which indicate that the accumulation is likely to lead to the combustion and result in temperature boosting and latent damage to the wall of ventilation duct and other components of ventilation system if the accumulated building fire occurs. And then, the proportion of C, H, N, and S at point B would evidently be higher than at point A as compared with point B from different ventilation systems in the building. The above results thus indicate that a workshop with raw materials mixed may often be the potential source leading to a building fire. Last of all, it can be said that the effect of the accumulated combustion in HVAC system on the fire occurrence is confirmed when the building fire would actually takes place. In this connection, this paper also indicates the most likely area to lead a fire is the tobacco-processing workshop by comparing the two HVAC systems so as to give different measures to ensure the building safety.
