成人麻疹血清乳酸脱氢酶的变化以及与体温的关系

摘　　要：目的 分析麻疹病人血清LDH的变化，以及与体温的关系。方法 分析麻疹特异性IgM阳性确诊的95例成人麻疹病人与正常献血员血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的差别，以及与体温的关系。并做了二者的回归分析。结果 麻疹组与对照组LDH分别为（369．11±126．54）U/L，（153．35±59．33）U／L，麻疹组大于对照组一倍以上，有非常显著的统计学差异（P〈0．001）。麻疹组以体温≥39℃及〈39℃进一步分成高热组，非高热组两组，其LDH分别为（398．10±132．52）U／L和（275．12±80．12）U／L，二者也有非常显著的统计学差异（P〈0．001）。LDH与体温（T）作回归分析，回归方程为LDH=-1530．031±48．392T，统计学上有极显著差异（P〈0．001）。结论 麻疹病人血清LDH明显高于正常人，且体温越高，LDH也越高，这有助于麻疹的诊断。Objective To investigate changes of lactic dehydrogenase （LDH） in adult patients with measles, and the association between LDH and temperature. Method Among all 95 cases of adult measleses with all positive specific IgM, we retrospectively investigated differences of LDH between patients with measles （the measles group） and normal blood donors （control group）, and deduced regression analysis equation between LDH and temperature. Results LDH in the measles group and control group were （369.11±126.54）U/L, （153.35±59.33）U/L, respectively, LDH of the measles group was 100% more higher than that of the control group, there are statistically great differences between them （P〈0.001）, the subgroup analysis in the measles group showed the there are also statistically great differences （P〈0.001） in the LDH between high temperature group （≥39℃） and not-so high temperature group （〈39℃）, whose LDH were （398.10±132.52）U/L and 275.12±80.12 IU/L, respectively. Regression analysis equation between LDH and temperature （T） was LDH = -1530.031＋48.392T, which were statistically showed remarkable significances （P〈0.001）. Conclusions LDH in adult measles was remarked higher than normal people, and the more temperature, the more LDH, which may be helpful for the diagnosis of adult measles.
